These terms cover your use of this website and, at a summary level, how engagements with SiteFuse work. SiteFuse is operated by Fjell Consulting Pty Ltd ("SiteFuse", "we", "us"). Using this site means you accept these terms. Client projects are governed by a signed services agreement, which prevails over this summary where they differ.

Using this site

The content on this site is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Concept case studies on the Work page are clearly labelled as design concepts, not real client engagements. Prices shown are starting points in Australian dollars and are confirmed in a fixed written proposal before any engagement.

The free 48-hour concept

The free homepage concept is exactly that: free, and provided with no obligation on either side. The concept remains our design work; if you engage us to build your site, it becomes part of your project. We may decline concept requests that fall outside the businesses we can genuinely help.

The AI front desk

Our chat assistant answers questions using AI. It aims to be accurate about our services and prices, but it can make mistakes, and anything it says is confirmed in writing before it binds anyone. Do not rely on the chat assistant for legal, financial, or technical advice.

Engagements, payment, and ownership

Projects run on a fixed price agreed in writing, typically 40% on booking, 40% at design approval, and 20% at launch. Full ownership of the completed website transfers to you at final payment; we retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise. Care plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond what the law preserves, our liability for any claim connected to this website or our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Intellectual property

The SiteFuse name, logo, and the content of this site are ours. Do not copy, scrape, or reuse them without permission. Your business materials always remain yours.

Governing law
