Privacy Policy

This policy explains how SiteFuse (operated by Fjell Consulting Pty Ltd, referred to as "we" or "us") handles personal information, consistent with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Short version: we collect only what we need to respond to you and run our services, we never sell your data, and you can ask us what we hold about you at any time.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, business name, an optional budget range, and your message. We use these to respond to your enquiry and for no other purpose.

Chat assistant:messages you type to our AI front desk, and any contact details you choose to share in the conversation so we can follow up. Conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses and may be logged so we can follow up on enquiries and improve answer quality. Please do not share sensitive information (health, financial account details, government identifiers) in the chat; it is a front desk, not a secure channel.

Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate region, device type). This data does not identify you personally.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, prepare your free 48-hour concept, deliver services you engage us for, and send you information you have asked for. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run this site: our hosting provider (Vercel), our email delivery provider (Resend), and our AI provider (Anthropic) for chat responses. Some of these providers process data outside Australia (typically in the United States) under their own privacy safeguards. We share information with no one else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and chat records are kept while we may need them to serve you, then deleted. Client project records are kept for as long as required for legal, tax, and warranty purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@sitefuse.com.au and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Cookies

This site uses only the minimal cookies and local storage needed for it to function and for aggregate analytics. There is no advertising tracking.
